Kensington Street Consulting is led by Joe Larsen, Ph.D., a biotech and health security executive who possesses experience in government program management and contracts and medical product development. He has over eighteen years of federal government (DoD, HHS/BARDA) contracting experience managing medical research and development and procurement programs. His previous consulting work has resulted in over $800M in federal funding to companies he supported.
